Baked Parmesan Chicken

COATING

  • 1 C. dry bread crumbs
  • 1/3 C. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1/4 tsp. oregano
  • 1/4 tsp. pepper
  • salt to taste

Combine coating ingredients. Set aside.

CHICKEN

  • 1 clove garlic – minced
  • 3/4 C. butter – melted
  • 1 3 lb. chicken – cut up

Lightly saute garlic in two Tbsp. of butter. Remove from heat. Stir in remaining butter. Dip chicken in a 13 x 9 x 2″ pan. Sprinkle with remaining bread crumbs and pour remaining butter over. Bake at 350 degrees for 55 mins or until golden brown.
