INGREDIENTS
- 1 lb. elbow macaroni
- 1 lb. hamburg
- 1 lg. onion chipped
- 1 med. green pepper chopped
- 1 tsp. minced garlic
- 1 lg can tomato
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook pasta according to pkg. Fry peppers a couple minutes, then add onions and cook another couple minutes. Then, add minced garlic and hamburg and cook until meat is cooked. In the pan you cooked the pasta in, add the pasta, tomatoes, meat mixture, salt and pepper to taste.
