Takeout Potatoes

Hashbrown Casserole

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 (32-oz.) pkg. frozen hash browns
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
  • 1 stick margarine
  • 1 C. sour cream
  • 1/2 C. chopped onion
  • 2 C. shredded cheddar cheese.
INSTRUCTIONS

Saute onion in margarine until tender. Combine with remaining ingredients, reserving 1 1/2 cups of the cheese. Pour in 2 qt. casserole dish. Top with remaining cheese. Bake uncovered at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
