Sweet Potato Casserole

Potatoes
  • 3 C. cooked, mashed sweet potatoes
  • 1 C. sugar
  • 1/2 C. butter
  • 2 eggs, beaten
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1/3 C. milk

Whip sweet potatoes with beater to take out strings. Combine ingredients and mix until well blended. Pour into baking dish.

Topping
  • 1 C. brown sugar
  • 1/2 C. flour
  • 1/3 C. butter
  • 1 C. chopped pecans

Bake at 350 degrees until heated through.
