Grits Casserole

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 C. grits
  • 1/4 lb. butter
  • 4 oz. Cheez Whiz
  • 2/3 C. milk
  • 3 eggs, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 C. grated Parmesan cheese
  • 4 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • salt & pepper, to taste
INSTRUCTIONS

Cook grits according to package directions. Add butter and Cheez Whiz. Stir until melted. Cool slightly. Mix milk and eggs, then add to grits. Stir in crumbled bacon. Pour into a greased 2 qt. casserole dish. Top with grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes.
