INGREDIENTS
- 2 C. bulgur wheat
- 1/2 med. green pepper – diced
- 1 stick margarine
- 1 sm. onion – diced
- 1/2 med. tomato – diced
- 4 1/2 C. chicken broth
INSTRUCTIONS
Saute vegetables in margarine until soft. Add wheat and cook until margarine is absorbed and the mixture is a golden color. Add chicken broth. Stir, then cover and cook on very low heat about 30 minutes, until all liquid is absorbed.
