Broccoli in Rice

INGREDIENTS
  • 2 (10-oz.) packages cut broccoli
  • 3/4 C. Minute Rice
  • 3/4 C. water
  • (8-oz.) Velveeta
  • 1 sm. onion, diced & sauteed
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup
INSTRUCTIONS

Cook broccoli and rice according to directions. Saute onion in margarine. Combine all ingredients in casserole. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
