INGREDIENTS
- 2 pkgs. frozen chopped broccoli
- 1/2 C. mayonnaise
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 C. grated cheese
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1/4 C. melted butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1/2 C. Pepperidge Farms dressing
- 1/2 C. milk
- salt & pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook and drain broccoli according to package directions. Season with salt and pepper.
Mix soup, eggs, mayonnaise and onion, then combine with the booked broccoli. Pour into large casserole dish. Sprinkle with grated cheese. Combine melted butter and dressing and pour over casserole. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees.
