INGREDIENTS
- 1 big can College Inn chicken broth
- 4 cloves of garlic (minced)
- 1 9-oz. pkg. of tortellini
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan
- 1 14 1/2 oz. can stewed tomatoes
- 1/2 pkg. baby spinach
- 1 tsp. basil
INSTRUCTIONS
Saute garlic in butter, add chicken broth, bring to a boil. Add the tortellini, cook a few minutes, then add stewed tomatoes, basil and cheese. Bring to a boil, then add torn spinach.
