SALAD
- 2 cans cut green beans, drained
- 1 can cut yellow beans, drained
- 1 can red kidney beans, drained
- 1 green pepper – slivered
- 1/2 C. red onion – thinly sliced
Drain beans in a colander then put in salad bowl. Add onion and green pepper.
DRESSING
- 2/3 C. red wine vinegar
- 1/2 C. sugar
- 1/2 C. salad oil
- 1 clove garlic – split
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
Mix dressing. Pour over beans and refrigerate overnight.
