Three Bean Salad

SALAD
  • 2 cans cut green beans, drained
  • 1 can cut yellow beans, drained
  • 1 can red kidney beans, drained
  • 1 green pepper – slivered
  • 1/2 C. red onion – thinly sliced

Drain beans in a colander then put in salad bowl. Add onion and green pepper.

DRESSING
  • 2/3 C. red wine vinegar
  • 1/2 C. sugar
  • 1/2 C. salad oil
  • 1 clove garlic – split
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper

Mix dressing. Pour over beans and refrigerate overnight.
