INGREDIENTS
- 1 8oz. pkg. thin spaghetti
- 2 lg. red peppers – chopped
- 1 clove garlic – crushed
- 2 C. cooked chicken – cubed
- 1/4 C. soy sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
- 1/4 C. sesame oil
- 4 green onions – sliced
- 1 10oz. pkg. fresh spinach
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
- 1 tsp. ginger – minced
INSTRUCTIONS
Cook spaghetti according to package. Drain. Combine remaining ingredients. Toss with spaghetti and refrigerate.
