Szechwan Noodle Toss

INGREDIENTS
  • 1 8oz. pkg. thin spaghetti
  • 2 lg. red peppers – chopped
  • 1 clove garlic – crushed
  • 2 C. cooked chicken – cubed
  • 1/4 C. soy sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp. crushed red pepper
  • 1/4 C. sesame oil
  • 4 green onions – sliced
  • 1 10oz. pkg. fresh spinach
  • 1 can water chestnuts
  • 2 Tbsp. rice vinegar
  • 1 tsp. ginger – minced
INSTRUCTIONS

Cook spaghetti according to package. Drain. Combine remaining ingredients. Toss with spaghetti and refrigerate.
