Potato Salad

DRESSING
  • 1 C. Hellmann’s Mayonnaise
  • 1/4 C. Hellmann’s Dijonnaise
  • 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
  • 2 Tbsp. fresh dill chopped
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper

Mix dressing in large bowl.

SALAD
  • 2 lbs red potatoes
  • 1 C. sliced celery
  • 1/2 C. sliced green onions

Boil potatoes until tender. Drain and cut in cubes. Add potatoes, celery and green onions to bowl with dressing. Mix well. Refrigerate.
