DRESSING
- 1 C. Hellmann’s Mayonnaise
- 1/4 C. Hellmann’s Dijonnaise
- 2 Tbsp. red wine vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. fresh dill chopped
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Mix dressing in large bowl.
SALAD
- 2 lbs red potatoes
- 1 C. sliced celery
- 1/2 C. sliced green onions
Boil potatoes until tender. Drain and cut in cubes. Add potatoes, celery and green onions to bowl with dressing. Mix well. Refrigerate.
