INGREDIENTS
[ First Layer ]
- 2 cans bean dipSpread in even layer in 9×12 pan.
[ Second Layer ]
- 3 med. ripe avocados – mashed
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- salt and pepperMix together. Layer in pan.
[ Third Layer ]
- 1 C. sour cream
- 1/2 C. mayo
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 2 tomatoes – diced
- 2 3oz. cans pitted olives
- 1 bunch scallions – chopped fine
- 1 pkg. shredded cheddarMix first six ingredients, and layer in pan. Sprinkle cheese on top. Serve with tortilla chips.
