Tex Mex Dip

INGREDIENTS
[ First Layer ]
  • 2 cans bean dipSpread in even layer in 9×12 pan.
[ Second Layer ]
  • 3 med. ripe avocados – mashed
  • 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • salt and pepperMix together. Layer in pan.
[ Third Layer ]
  • 1 C. sour cream
  • 1/2 C. mayo
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 2 tomatoes – diced
  • 2 3oz. cans pitted olives
  • 1 bunch scallions – chopped fine
  • 1 pkg. shredded cheddarMix first six ingredients, and layer in pan. Sprinkle cheese on top. Serve with tortilla chips.
