INGREDIENTS
- 2 pkgs. chopped frozen spinach
- 1 pkg. Snorrs vegetable soup mix
- 1/2 C. red onion – chopped
- 1 can water chestnuts – chopped
- 1 C. sour cream
- 1 C. mayo
INSTRUCTIONS
Thaw and drain spinach. Mix all ingredients. Serve on pumpernickel bread or crackers.
