INGREDIENTS
- 1/3 C. chopped onions
- 1/3 C. chopped celery
- 1/3 C. chopped green pepper
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 8oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 C. mayonnaise
- 1 pkg. unflavored gelatin
- 1/4 C. water
- 2 cans tiny shrimp, drained
INSTRUCTIONS
Dissolve gelatin in 1/4 C. of water. Heat tomato soup up, then add gelatin mixture. Beat together with cream cheese and mayonnaise until smooth. Slowly pour tomato mixture in while still beating. Then add shrimp, vegetables and stir. Pour into one qt. mold. Refrigerate until firm. Serve on crackers.
